SCGRR progress up-date, 6/01/2008

Here are some new pictures of my layout with some plants added and some figures. No, you don't normally use or add, "Blue Stone for a stone wall, but that's a long story.

Most of the figures are resin figures from "Smith Pond Junction" and are very reasonably priced.

The Cowboy figures are from a local "Big Lots" store I just happened to stumble upon.

Looking real good! Your dioramas look quite realistic. You'll be ready for an open house in no time at all...

BTW, home much were the resin figures from Smith Pond Junction?

You have added some nice details. The barb wire fence along the track. And the platform with shipping pallets and boxes is great.

Ed, very nice! You have added a lot of detail. It looks like you scratch built or modified accessory pieces. I like the people you found too. ps(I do remember those cowboys from Big Lots, nice detail and coloring) Enjoy!

FYI! The prices on the "Lemax" figures from SPJRR range from $1.49 for a simple single figure to $7.99 for their "Brewery Wagon" (Not shown yet).

By the way. . . How many feet of track do you have ? Dont forget the siding.
I looked at my list and discovered I didn't have your footage.
Your layout is awesome.
