"We are proud to be the stewards of these pieces of Maine Central history. (As you may recall, Portland Terminal was a jointly held asset of the MEC and the B&M, and was operated by MEC.) It is our hope to restore both of these items to their original appearance, so that future generations of railfans and history buffs can see first hand what type of equipment was used in New Hampshire and New England over the years. "
