Great video. Saw this layout a couple years ago when in Chicago. An interesting feature that wasn't mentioned is the 727 aircraft suspended from the ceiling above the layout. As you walk through the fuselage of the plane, you come upon a glass or plexiglass window in the floor which looks directly down on top of the Chicago skyscrapers! It gives a true to scale third dimension to the layout. Everyone should visit this museum. The real Pioneer Zephyr (from 1934) is also on display and you can go for a virtual ride on the train with narration.
